ABOUT JOLIE
Hello again !
A little bit more about myself.
I’m a certified John Maxwell Team life coach. My career path also includes a degree in Social Work, 25+ yrs. working with adults, children and families. My titles have been a CPS worker, Christian counselor, and an anger management/ grief / divorce coach.
I have enjoyed volunteering in areas of church ministry with life groups, ladies ministry, homeschooling, and young adults.
My greatest joys are my sons, Braden and Tyler, and Tyler’s beautiful bride, my daughter-in-law, Charlee. I am blessed with wonderful friends and family.
My greatest difficulty has been walking the path of divorce. God has been my faithful as navigator through that dark season.
I am a part of the gang that loves Jesus & coffee. I also love learning, cherish my people and am always up for an adventure.

Coaching:
-
Therapy is typically a long-term plan for those who need help navigating trauma and seeking healing.
-
Therapy is an amazing tool primarily used to identify a point of trauma in ones past, or treating a mental health diagnosis. During a session, a psychologist is typically searching for a way to resolve a problem from the past.
-
Therapy is focused on cognitive and emotional coping. Unlike coaching, it usually takes years to achieve results.
-
A therapist or psychiatrist is trained and qualified to diagnose and treat clients, unlike coaches. If you are looking to receive a diagnosis or a treatment plan, therapy may be the best option for you.
